Our workshop is located in south Minneapolis, just west of I-35W, at 4301 Nicollet Avenue S. (under the Anodyne Coffeehouse). The entrance is on 43rd Street, near the alley. Park on the street.
NOTE: The Crosstown construction project on I-35W has closed the exit & entrance ramps on 46th Street until 2009. Please check the alternate directions that follow.
From the South: Take 35W to the Diamond Lake Road exit and continue to the stoplight. Turn left on Diamond Lake Road (54th Street) and travel 3 blocks to Nicollet Avenue. Turn right on Nicollet and travel 11 blocks to 43rd Street. Turn right on 43rd Street and look for parking on the street. Leonardo's Basement is on your right, look for the brightly colored mural.
From the North/East: Take 35W to the 35th/36th Street exit and continue on the frontage road 5 blocks past the tennis center to the stoplight on Nicollet Avenue (you will be on 40th Street). Turn left on Nicollet and travel 3 blocks to 43rd Street. Turn left on 43rd Street and look for parking on the street. Leonardo's Basement is on your right, look for the brightly colored mural.
